Apartments

Since summer 2011 our hotel offers

2 large apartments (60m²)

in our lovely furnished house Nelke, which are located opposite of the hotel building and are fully equipped and have newly renovated bathrooms.

Each apartment offers a small entrance, one large bedroom, one children’s bedroom, kitchen-living and dining area, and bathroom with shower/WC (Apartment A) or bathtub/WC (Apartment B).

 

Rates:


€ 79 per apartment/per night in April & October

€ 89 per apartment/per night in May, June and September

€ 102 per apartment/per night in July and August

Plus last cleaning at departure day € 40 per apartment.

Minimum stay: 4 nights.

 

The room price includes the night in the apartment for all persons and:

  • Lake access via sunbathing lawn, ponton and beach of Hotel Seevilla
  • Deck chair and beach towels at Hotel Seevilla
  • Access to sauna and infrared cabin of Hotel Seevilla
  • Access to relaxing area and small fitness room in Hotel Seevilla
  • Free W-LAN in your apartment and the hotel *new*
  • Free parking by the hotel (on your departure day until 12 midday)
  • Daily changing towels
  • Bathrobe and bath slippers
  • VAT

City Tax of € 1 per person per night is not included in the rate.
(Children until 6 years are free, until 15 years € 0,50 per child per night)

The apartments offer free wireless internet access with your laptop or smart phone, LCD-TV with radio, a small entrance, a large bedroom, a small children’s bedroom, a living-kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC.

We would be pleased to offer you breakfast at the hotel, just opposite of the “Haus Nelke” at € 10 per adult /per night and € 5 per child/per night.

Arrival and Departure:

Your appartement is available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on your day of departure. Our reception and day-bar is open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. We kindly ask you to inform us before 6 p.m., if you know you are going to arrive late.


Cancellation conditions:

From 30 to 7 days before your day of arrival, we will
charge 40 percent, from 7 days to 2 days before your arrival 70 percent and 
1 day before arrival, no arrival or earlier departure will be charged 90 percent
of the arranged room rates.

In order to avoid unnecessary expenses we recommend a travel insurance.


Dog:

Your dog is also welcome in our hotel and we charge € 10 per night per dog without food.
